Guest guest
I forgot to tell ya all that I go to see a doctor tomorrow. It is just a dr at the local clinic. I don't know how well I would like her for me, But I have been using her for the boys forever now. The chest thingy kept me in bed most of the weekend. I was about over the chest congestion, when it hit me all over again Friday. I made the apt to see the dr on Thursday. I got so stressed trying to figure out which Dr I should even use, I finally gave up. I just called the clinic told them what I needed a dr for,(hep high b.p. diabetic, etc) they got me in with this dr ASAP. Sorry I forgot to tell you all. BUT I am getting the ball rolling. love and hugs d How low will we go? Check out Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates.
Guest guest
Yeah D !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Toots you got the ball rolling and in your court. You know the ins and outs of HCV - stage - grade - medical care and most of the do's and don'ts for us as pt's. The most important thing is you now have the ball rolling for you. If the GP Dr's you are seeing or other Specialists - respiratory or whatever care you need aren't familiar enough with HCV stage and grade be careful of what Rx's you are given or treatments until you are under the care of knowledgeable enough HCV Specialists. Ask all Dr's how many HCV pt's have you treated and related to their stage and grade especially later stages and have you continued to learn about HCV and that particular medical specialty. Don't be afraid to ask your Dr's as many questions as needed or fearing you will insult them. They are working for you. By asking specific HCV questions about you and your medical case you will learn how much they do or don't know about HCV and all the medical complications associated with it. Hopefully they will refer you to a HCV Clinic for follow-up and care if not demand it. This is your life you have taken control of and your HCV medical care go for the best care possible not more headaches and stress. Love and Hugs. Guest guest
Deb huni Thank you. I am always asking what effect a med has on my liver. I bring up my liver and hep very often when with a dr. That way I'm very sure they have no chance of forgetting my hep. So many things to remember that Mitch goes with me. I go blank when asked about things. lol Mitch is my walking memory. My apt is at 11 am. I will let you all know what happens. love d Love cheap thrills? Enjoy PC-to-Phone calls to 30+ countries for just 2¢/min with Messenger with Voice.
