What are your utensils made of?

Hello.

What kinds of utensils do you use for preparing your Kombuch tea?  I

accidentally stuck a stainless steel ladle in my kombucha tea and left it for a

few minutes.  Then, I remembered that I'm not supposed to do that.  What do you

use in place of a metal ladle?  I'm thinking of getting a ceramic ladle.  Do

they make those kinds of things?  Also, what do you use to boil the water in

when you make the tea?  Do you use ceramic?
