is the perfect person to start with! Are you going to do the 2 miler

next time? What firming exercises did you do and what weights did you use?

Hi ,Thanks, i am Yolanda, i dont have the 2 miles yet, i just have the walk/kick and the miracle walk by her. i got them from goodwill for only 45cents. isn't that GREAT!!! i was just about to join a gym went i came across this group and i knew this would be way better than trying to meet a buddy at the gym. but, yep hopefully i will be able to get up to the 3mile in no time...thanks for checking in on me From: pinkk_pussycat <pinkpussycat@...>Subject: Yogloden / First day Date: Tuesday, September 22, 2009, 7:36 PM
