Guest guest Posted April 7, 2009 Report Share Posted April 7, 2009 Thanks to everyone for their contributions to the group- I just taste tested my first batch of Kombucha and it is delicious! I was a little nervous because it smelled so strongly, but the taste is divine- even better than the commercial stuff, which is sort of blowing my newcomer mind. I am excited to bottle some as is, and also to try some of the many recommended flavors from this group. My husband is a home brewer, so I have access to his high quality glass bottles.
