We did the same workout this morning Kassia, and I couldn't agree more!  Wow!DarcyOn Tue, Oct 27, 2009 at 6:43 AM, Kassia <ldy_solana@...> wrote:

morning  all been working out just nothing different or exciting until this morning. did the beginner workout to cardio barre. OMG big difference from the intro and makes me wonder if i will ever get to the intermediate or advanced LOL. this one is led by a female-kelly newkirk-instead of richard. follows the same format of dynamic stretch warm up,plie, ballet barre work, abs cardio(twist),upper body cardio, floor work and stretch. except the tempo is picked up and its a little longer! lots more balancing as well during plie work. try doing an attitude while balancing on your toes with the other foot. yeah left one hand on the chair just didn't have that much balance this morning LOL. but the ab twist felt great on the back. sure its an ab workout but really also loosened up my back!

totalfitnessdvds.com has clips of each of the 4 workouts on

this discs but if you like barre and want something that is a little different then the others this is a great one but i would caution if you have any issues i would watch the clips a few times over b/c the movements are fast and could cause some issues. but its hard to use muscle control at this tempo which i think makes the workout unique. but like i said i don't think  i will be moving past intro and beginner workouts anytime soon LOL. that is good keeps me from buying the other advanced workout for the meantime.
