Honey pick a spot any spot on your body cause it will end up being tested in one form or another from your head to your toes and everything in-between including a dental exam, mammogram and gyn visits. What Fun !!!!!!!!!!!!! You will be pooped out before it is over and with all the running around. Good choice to get this type of full body exam to know your total health status. Yep it's a pain in the butt and many other places some you may have forgotten you have. Deb honey, Why would I get a dental exam - I have no teeth remember! I go for an echo cardiogram in June & then I have an appointment with the cardiologist the week after that. I don't know about the Gyn exam, I'll have to dust it off & make sure there aren't any cobwebs down there before I let a doctor see it. Then again, the last time my doc tried to do a pap test I screamed in pain & almost crawled off the table - something to do with thinning tissue due to menopause. Just got back some blood tests. AST - 204 Alt - 139 Gamma-glutamyl - 167 Ammonia - 87 AFP- 54.6 They've all gone down just a tad except the AFP which is sky high. I go for an ultrasound on Monday so that should rule out tumors My AFP is always high, just not usually this high. I REALLY don't want to have a mammogram but I guess I'll have to - darn it! I'm already pooped. Don't

want to do this anymore. Why would I get a dental exam - I have no teeth remember! Toots you are going to at some point say AHHHHHHHHH to some Dr to make sure of no infection in the mouth, gums and stuff - you know the good stuff in and down there. Say Ahhhhhhhhh and smile pretty. For the gyn table shake out the cobwebs before going relax, meditate and think of other things - Yea Right !!!!!!!! I hate mammograms most of all. I hate being smouched flat between plates of plexiglas from under my arms to all around. Hurts like Hell !!!!!!!!!!! And here comes the wise cracks and jokes from the guys. I'll have another mammogram when men need yearly manograms. Smouch that flat !!!!!!!!!!! Honey my AFP levels have always been high but never a tumor marker lots of tests and nothing abnormal from high levels. Chronic HCV itself can cause this. I'll see if I can get both ends to smile but I think it's going to be hard. I've never had a mammogram - never wanted too after my Mother told me they stuck 'em in between two plates & then PULLED them into the next room. Nuh huh - not me! I will never forget my physical for Uncle Sam. Probably two hundred guys in their underwear only...from 'dangerous to your health' obese to little, tiny guys, that had smugs on their faces all day,, knowing they would not get through the physical successfully. I don't know hard they smash your boob's, but having a finger stuck up you via the underside and through your scroyum and coughing is not alot of fun either, I generally turn and cough in the face of the sticker, as a sign of protest.....even though I know they are just doing their jobs...just like the smooshers I guess.... But..(pun intended), I did my duty and followed all direction and commands until we were all in a basketball gym, toes on the out of bounds tape all around the court, told to turn around, pull 'em down to half mast (underwear) and bend over and spread 'em!. They randomly

selected the victims, but I turned around and how could one NOT laugh??? 200 mostly white...I mean REALLY WHITE!!!I bent over guy's with thier ases exposed and their hands holoding their cheeks in expectation!! It was FUNNY!!!.... I wish I coulda' taken a picture of us ! I broke out laughin' got yelled at and (whew!! not Phew!!)) didn't get checked that day. Since 45yrs old I've had regular prostate exams and I had no I idea what I was missing!!! Not too many guys will admit that!!Now I back into the doc!! hahahah!! (JOKE!).. What is sad, and I felt it would be true from the beginning, is the alarming rate heart attacks are taking young women's lives. It was all about Bra Burning and equality and I just (even at that young age, he he...) said to myself, along with it comes working late, bosses screaming at you, deadlines to be met cigarettes, whiskey,in a

lot of cases, and of course this all is stress.
