I was ready to leave when I remembered to check to see if they happened to have anything suitable for fermentation. They had a glass jar with a spigot for 3 dollars(U.S.)! I think it's probably a sun tea jar or something. At first I thought it was smaller than my gallon jars, but when I got it home and compared...nope, it IS a gallon. Now I can bottle my KT easier b/c of the spigot. Before I had to lift a heavy jar and try to pour it into bottles with funnels that kept tipping over. Messy. Now it'll be breeze!
