YCFE: Practice for the Spine (beginning practice) + Kalama Village Walk

I woke up with a stiff and sore back this morning and I knew it was because I hadn't been doing my stretches.  My dad has back trouble too, and I convinced him to do Yoga Complete for Every Body, Practice for the Spine with me.  What a sport!  He is a macho man kinda guy and does pretty much only a minimal amount of stretching so I was delighted he would do this workout with me.  I know that I felt better afterward. 

Since I've reviewed this in detail before I won't do so again here but the best section of this practice is the supta padangustasana series where you lie supine and stretch your leg with a yoga strap then take it out to one side, then the other.

I think he might do some of the other yoga practices I brought with me  too.  Yay Daddio!  The only problem is when I transferred the workouts to my hard drive I didn't have the right audio setting and we couldn't hear the instruction very well.

This evening he and I walked down the main drag to a cute conglomerate of pubs and restaurants and had a beer before walking back.Hope everyone is having a nice evening!
