Guest guest Posted October 5, 2009 Report Share Posted October 5, 2009 morning all last night did karen voights yoga power-stretch. still one of the best yoga stretch workouts out there IMO.this morning did cathe's low impact circuit upper body circuit. minus the blast just did the step combos and upper body. got more out of the cardio then the upper body. maybe i should have made time to do a double on the upper body. will do barre later and try to fit in more. its catch 22 with these workouts really. i want to go heavy but i can't finish the reps at her tempo with safe form but if i lighten up i only get a slight burn during but after that i don't feel work. i love cathe's stuff but maybe keep it cardio with light weights rather then rely on it as my strength. i have an appointment today so i had to fit in upper body at home but may add some pull ups when i get to the gym. kassia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
