Thanks for the input Kurt. I have a new experiment in progress -I

trying to do a secondary fermentation in my gallon sized jar with lid

on and then I will bottle and refrigerate. I am hoping that I can

remove the baby from the gallon jar and then still have the awsome

bubbliness after bottling. I will let you know how it goes. Great

group btw!
