Guest guest Posted August 3, 2008 Report Share Posted August 3, 2008 We had company come last week and needed refrigerator space, so I took 6 one-half gallon glass jugs of kt out of the fridge and put them in my brewung closet next to my continous brew container. Now they are all growing scobies...I have 3 that had freshly picked blueberries added at bottling time (they are still in there), 1 that had dried hibiscus blossoms in it for a day (then I strained them out), and 2 plain kt jugs, all with scobies of varying thickness.
