Sorry Gayle,

I keep forgetting that it's not the same with *all* groups. I gather the

picture didn't travel. I have a couple of W/mouth Demijohns but I'll

need to ...

A) Buy a bit

Risk drilling it.

The item I saw was a ceramic vinegar jar C/W spigot

Oh, ok, I see it now....

I think it would work, already meant for an acid environment, but a bit

smallish?

I'm starting to realize I was very lucky to find the two jars that I did!!

UK gallon. ergo a 5 ltr from them will probably cost more thana dremel bit and I

certainly won't charge myself for time, elsewise it'd be a nice idea to buy a

vinegar thingy.
