Guest guest
Tonite Marina came over and we did Gunnar 's Core Secrets: Training Camp and Rodney Yee's Back Care Yoga.Training Camp was a virgin, and I really enjoyed it a lot! You do a set of 4 or 5 exercises, repeat them, then move on to a different series. There are three series in all. This is one of Gunnar's workouts where you don't use the ball. Here is what I used: 8 supermans (you use your body weight for these)prone delt lifts - 5lb dumbellstricep pushups - I did on knees, did 4 of them " L " raises, one arm does a front raise while the other does a lateral raise - 8 lb dumbells repeat the above one more timeLawnmower pulls - 8 lb dumbellHigh to low wood chops - 8 lbs dumbellBicep curls - 8 lbs, could go up next timeHammer curls - 8 lbs, could go up next timeSingle arm rows - 15 lbs, could go up next time repeat the above one more timeDumbell swings - 10 lb dumbellUneven dead lifts (a squat with only one dumbell) - 15 lb dumbellSide plank lifts - proud of myself that I was able to do all of them!25 center crunches repeat the above one more timeThe two background women had terrific bodies but boy were they they epitome of " dumb blonde " . Lordy! And as usual, while these 2 women showed off their fantastic bodies, Gunnar hid his what I assume to be gorgeous torso under a baggy adidas shirt. Gunnar, what's wrong with you?? If you got it, flaunt it, man! Although the fact that he's understated makes him very respectable too, unlike Tony Horton for example. After that we stretched with Rodney Yee's Back Care Yoga, which I've reviewed before. Love that one, it should be in every vidiot's collection!Namaste,
