CLX Push Circuit 1 / Kettlebell Dynamics

I forgot to report in on my workout this morning.  I did Push Circuit #1 and got a great workout in.  I can't believe I am half-way done now with this phase.  And actually halfway done with CLX altogether.  I hope I can handle another 6 weeks of it..... :)  Afterwards, I did the second workout of Amy's Kettlebell Dynamics.  I used my 35 bell for everything but the halos.  There was no way I could whip that thing around my head.  I used my 25 for those.  I burned right around 200 with CLX, and Amy's was just like 268?  I'm drawing a blank..

I also had a busy day of shopping, (just Kaysar and I, which was fabulous), and then I trained my " good " client this evening.  I am sooo looking forward to no training tomorrow and no taxi service! :)
