Hi EveryOne,

Once you get your Kombucha fermentation going, you will quickly find

yourself with many Kombucha Cultures.

It is always a good idea to put a few in a separate jar with some Kombucha

tea and cover and keep at room temperature. You can share these Kombucha

Colonies and some of the KT with friends, and you can also keep a few on

hand in case something happens to your regular batch.

The more you share the more sources of Kombucha you will always have:-))
