Guest guest
Hi Everyone. is back in Denver (or near there), and she asked that I let y'all know what's going on, because she's not ready to answer, explain, or talk to anybody quite yet. It is just that she's tired.... She WILL and DOES send her LOVE to YOU. (Sorry..I don't have any hugging animals)! She tested positive for HEP C and EBV. Epsteine Barr Virus is a not so serious infection that affects the neck glands mostly. It's very common and clears up in 1 to 4 weeks. We used to call it the Kissing Disease, because it is prevalent in Saliva. Also..Mononucleosis. It does tire the afflicted, and I'm sure it can't help alot to have HEPC. She is 1b, same as before, and her viral count is 21 mill, higher than the 6 mill. from before. Treatment is being considered and she is SOOOOO concerned and upset about how she is going to care for herself and her mother. She wants a job so she can pay for things but I don't see how that will be possible, if she reacts like she did last time to treatment. It's a true dilemma, and hopefully there is an idea that can alleviate some of the GREAT pressure she is now feeling. Panic is not far away, she said. She can read mail so I'm sure it's OK to wish her well, but she is very delicate right now and questions are probably not a good idea. I'm doing this (post) at her request, and I hope I haven't said anything wrong, or upset anyone.. This is certainly not the intention. She REALLY NEEDS US NOW, and a show of support would only be a positive thing, I think. She can always check her mail when she's up to it. There was laughter coming from her this afternoon, and that's good. Again, she told me how IMPORTANT you all are to her...and how (saved her), kept her going last time. She reacts real bad to tx. Love, Del God Bless All of you. Use Photomail to share photos without annoying attachments.
