Guest guest Posted September 2, 2009 Report Share Posted September 2, 2009 morning!! i managed to get up before they shut the power off for that test. wasn't off long, got a cup of coffee in before then too LOL. this morning was cardio/abs so i wanted cardio first. i did do a rather more intense workout yesterday i thought i would lighten up the intensity and the vibe with yoga booty ballet go go. laura, you might like this light hearted silly dance workout. it starts with meditation and yoga for about 8-10 min. after that about 15-20 min of fun add on style dancing. more silly dance nothing really choreographed. shimmys, hops,swims, go-go style shakes, and even bond girl! you point your "gun" then blow it even a funky chicken! it was fun so much fun i had to pee but didn't want to pause to go the bathroom. LOL. i got a little out of breath b/c they go go go(no pun intended) it was way easier to follow then hip hop abs b/c the moves were basic and it was meant for you to go with the flow with this one more. it ends with roughly 10 min or so of standing ballet routine, lying glute work with ball and stretching/meditation. it was mostly bridge work on the floor with different angeling for the hips and different pulses with the ball. the standing ballet was passe back leg lifts and some fourth position plies repeated for a few sets. the stretch focused on lower body and hips with spinal twists. as for their mantra "i am centered with love and joy" take that out in the world today! kassia Special Needs Scouting Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
