yoga and kettlebells

well managed to drag my butt to a workout as intended. just a little tired but managed. started with yoga zone fat burning segment one as my warm up then did kettlebells the first two rounds i used my 20 and while i wanted to keep going my body was tired so i just lightened to 15 for the third.clean/squat left for 5swings for 10clean/squat right for 5swings for 10 clean/squat/press 5 left10 one arm swings/6 one arm rows leftrepeated on right sidewrapped it up with the second segment from yoga zone fat burning. not really a stretch workout but you get a little of that. more of a warming the body up loosening things up some. roughly about an hour workout. doing light cardio tomorrow if i can manage. heard the power may go out for "tests" so i hope my cell phone alarm will wake me up if the power does go out.

not sure what to do about the coffee though no power=no coffee that won't do LOLkassia Special Needs Scouting
