Guest guest
Wow we have been busy in group - Thank You. That is what we are here for and the purpose of our group. The more we share and interact with more and more members the more our support and friendships grow and so does our group. I have good news. My monthly labs for Feb showed my lowest liver enzymes in a very long time in the 50's and my bilirubin which was a little high is back to normal. It's still a toss up with my bx results done at a different hosp and for the 1st time by their pathologist. My hep Dr and I are both at a total loss because the findings contradicts every bx I have had in the last 7 years and the steady progression and damages shown over the last 5 years since my transplant. It's wait and see again by monthly labs with no tx again for now. Boy we are a bunch of itchy scratching people. I had it bad from my knees down and would wake myself up scratching it raw. I used aveeno products and OTC benadryl very sparingly with my Dr's OK. Avon's skin so soft it a great product and a good mosquito repellent too. Big and tough commercial fishermen down south have been using it for years. We must be a good smelling bunch. I am the world's worst speller which has been pointed out to me. I do use spell check but at times still click on the wrong words and yep my participles do dangle. People spelling and grammar doesn't count here just speak and write from your hearts. It is amazing since my transplant. I had my transplant in 2 surgeries because of major complications completed after a 4 day wait with lots of very deep long anesthesia and heavy drugs for a very long time. Wow the colors !!!!!!!!!!!!! I now have a type of dyslexia from it but only with certain letters P's B's D's and worse when my poor brain is really foggy. I speak and write the wrong words. I know what I want to say or type but the wrong words come out. Our brains and body's are a amazing machine and capable of handling, compensating and enduring a great deal and miraculously bouncing back. Remember Chat is every Thursday night. Have a Good Day and a Better Day Tomorrow. Hang In There !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love and Hugs. Deb
