Guest guest
Hey , If I can do it any one can, I own a bakery. But it is up to me to eat right. And you need to make the comitmentment to your self. But I promise it is worth it. I am on my second challenge and I am telling you this program takes you to a new road, a higher road, and a more scenic one in that... Guest guest
Well Naomi, It is an interesting task to stay on BFL and own a bakery. But you know what free days are for? Right? You have to optimize your free days. I plan for them with a vengeance.. LOL. You have to turn the brain on to the right way of thinkng. I mean for me that is simple, you just have to make it easy for your self. Plan to eat, have your food avalible and drink your water. Some snacks for me are a few pieces of lettuce or lunch meat. (Roast Beef or lean turkey). I love water, and if I get cranky it is as I say in the bakery it's " My Feeding time " . My stomach knows before my brain notices the time on the clock, so I make sure to really be ready and not snack on anything other than 'approved foods'. I feel fortunate to be one of the ones called to do the Body For Life program. I saw that EAS commercial for the instant drink and said if that chick can do it so can I. Just to mention, I did for the first time 20 min. on the rowing machine. KICK Butt.. Sorry to yak so much, >From: Naomi <brandyvideo@...> >Reply-bodyforlife >bodyforlife >Subject: Re: Hi... >Date: Mon, 12 Feb 2001 18:31:23 -0800 (PST) > >You own a bakery and you stick to BFL! > >Well Done.... > >How do you do it? > > > >__________________________________________________ >
Guest guest
I am an autism advocate and have autism. I have been interested in autism advocacy for years. I am most interested in inclusion, employment, transitions, treatment rights and advocacy issues which concern others that need awareness. I do not post often. Sometimes I like to share about autism issues though post rarely. I am new to this group. Sincerely, Young Autism Self-Advocate
