diapering advice- please!!!

hello

we just had a new cast put on and it fits really snug which we are hoping will

be good for overall improvment . I cannot get the back of the diaper under

Binyamin's cast and wanted to ask if anyone had ideas both for day and night.

Actually night is easier as we use a sanitary pad and a pull up on top of the

diaper but daytime, the diaper looks like it is falling off ( and it is)!!!
