Im sure others have given great suggestions already...have you tried extra pillows or a bean bag chair for sleep/comfort? I would try rolled up towels for the car seat issue. Try propping them up under his bum to alleviate pressure from cast on top part of legs...Pls keep us posted on you two are doing. HRH > Hi everyone!
