chicken pox in cast?

I just found out our daughter may have been exposed to chicken pox. )-; The idea

of dealing with a chicken pox rash under a body cast sounds really miserable. If

we do end up facing this dillema, does anybody have any good advice? Have any of

you out there been through this before???
