Casts and drool?

Hi guys! This may seem like somewhat of a weird question. My daughter is 13

months old and has recently (7 days ago) been placed in her first Risser cast

for infantile scoliosis. She also happens to be in the process of teething and

has been drooling up a storm. I cant seem to keep the drool off the top of her

cast, which in turn is starting to make it stink. Does ANYONE have any wonderful

ideas on how to make this not happen? I would appreciate it! We are so new at

this and this is such a foreign concept, as she is our only child! Thank you so

much!!!!
