Hi: Cost of casting for a Canadian child in the U.S?

Hi all,

We are seeing the pediatrician for the first time next monday. Our little girl

may have scoliosis. If she does and casting is recommended, would anybody happen

to know what this could cost if the wait is too long here in British Columbia

and we decide to travel to the States as others have done? I think that there

are other doctors that cast in Alberta and Toronto but I don't think that

Medical Services Plan would cover the cost, I may be wrong about this.
