I like Dr. Cahill ( Shriner philly ) and he seems to know his stuff. Is there someone you would recommend that I send some paperwork to look for a second opinion. Binyamin ( my son ) is a bit tricky as he has a congenital butterfly and hemi-vertebrae at T5 & T6 and then his actual curve we are bracing/casting is compensatory. It is not a common type of PIS. Our obvious concern is getting worse in a brace over the sumer and then Binyamin being older and really not responding to the cast.
