Guest guest
wow that looks amazing! I just had one thought when I read it. I've been reading a lot of posts from parents saying that their physical therapists were actually the ones that found the curve. Think about maybe including these types of places when you are distributing the pamphlets? Amber > > Finally, ISOP's Pediatric Diagnostic Booklet for Progressive Infantile > Scoliosis is done! Guest guest
Amber, Great point - our physical therapist was the one who noticed our son's curve - something the pediatrician and endocrinologist missed (and they are both great doctors whom I respect). -Patrice On 04/11/2012 2:33 PM, Amber wrote: wow that looks amazing! Guest guest
Amber and PatriceGreat ideas! Our pedi was the one who actually found my sons scoli mostly due to the rib hump though she had never seen it before. She has since moved on but keeps in touch as she was so intrigued with his case. She has educated so many! The PT she sent us to had never heard of it either but after a year seeing her she became educated and wanted some written info to share. Glad to see all involved with the childrens ortho getting involved!Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4G LTE DROID Re: Re: Pediatric Diagnotic Booklet Amber, Great point - our physical therapist was the one who noticed our son's curve - something the pediatrician and endocrinologist missed (and they are both great doctors whom I respect). -Patrice On 04/11/2012 2:33 PM, Amber wrote: wow that looks amazing! Guest guest
Great idea Amber! Im hoping CAST members will help to distribute to Peds & PTs in their area and am trying to brainstorm on a solid distribution plan. Please keep the ideas coming! HRH > wow that looks amazing!
