This is my comment on the farm bill feedback form courtesy of SLOW FOOD USA. See

if anyone can understand this complicated solution to our poor food quality and

subsequently low level of health in the USA. >> here it is >>> Get out of

subsidies altogether. Consumers ultimately end up paying for your involvement in

the food supply as well as for the mediocre food itself. Teach the basics of

cooking & nutrition and let demand shape production. Allow only raw materials

for welfare and school food and keep Monsanto, Cargill and the drug companies

out of the kitchen. Alvin
