Help with low carb diet

I have been doing a low carb diet this week. At first I lost 2 pounds and now I

have almost gained them both back! I am shocked. I " feel " a little smaller but

am perplexed about the scale. I have been really strict, no cheating. For

breakfast I have an egg and two sausages, lunch is a meat and perhaps bok choy,

supper is the same thing, a meat and spinach or bok choy. I cook my bok choy in

coconut oil with a little salt and pepper. I will snack on some cheddar cheese

if I am hungry between meals. I have been using ketostix and at first I was

headed into the moderate range then I fell back into the slight range. Can

anyone give me suggestions that would help me boost my ketosis and keep the

pounds going off, no on? This is pretty frustrating!
