is anyone interested in a 1 gallon container of Green Pasture's Blue Breeze

Coconut Ghee? i have several up for grabs... Through an error - i say it's

theirs, they say it's mine - i got more than i needed when i did a group order

recently. the easiest thing for me to do is find some folks who would like to

buy it, rather than send them back.

if you haven't had this product before, let me fill you in. it's a 75%/25%

blend of virgin coconut oil and ghee (from grass fed cows). i use it for

cooking and baking instead of coconut oil and our favorite use of it is as a

butter substitute for my son who can't have butter due to his dairy allergy. i

put some in a crock and blend in some fine grain sea salt and it's always ready

to spread on a muffin or piece of toast - my son loves it and i use it half the

time instead of butter since it's so nice and soft and spreadable (since i keep

my butter in the fridge).

i've talked to a couple people in the past who didn't care for it - but i didn't

ask why or what they used it for... i can't imagine why someone wouldn't like

it, especially for baking because it has a little less coconut flavor and a

little bit of the butter flavor is nice in baking.
