Guest guest
Since I have already blathered to the whole group about the campout, I will also say that yes, camping is about not having what we take for granted every day. My hope is that we end the evening with a big bonfire, s'mores and that those who can, haul out their harmonicas, guitars, bagpipes (really?) flutes and that we sing and read poems. Is there a full moon that weekend? That would enhance it, but, the campout will be a great opportunity, followed by the even greater open house. Or, you can stay in a Motel. Either way, it'll be great. R On Aug 31, 2011, at 6:30 PM, holisticminnesota wrote: > I can understand mixed feelings about " roughing it " . Guest guest
Rebekah- Sounds so fun! I was half kidding about the hotel- but only half, no lie. I can go without running water and lights no problem, it's walking to the bathroom that really freaks me out. Sounds like I'll have plenty of potential company though so maybe that's a non-issue. I will need to borrow camping gear though so email me offlist if you have any. I have two coolers and can probably wrangle up a couple of marshmallow roasting sticks. Guest guest
I will look into making a rubber-banded guitar for the campfire... I'm sharing the hope for the big bonfire, too! Becca
