Guest guest
This is a good question Jill, I believe that the topic of probiotics is one of the top 3-4 issues with which we should all be concerned when discussing nutrition and health. Actually, this same question comes up here every month or two. I encourage everyone to USE THE ARCHIVES on this site. If you have a topic of common concern like this one. It's quite likely we have discussed it before, again and again and again. Tonight when I went to our MESSAGES section (over on the right) and typed in " PROBIOTICS " , there were over 300 messages that came into view. Scanning the titles will make it quite easy to see what has been said, and, as well, who the experts are. When you archive basic questions it saves our experts here from typing the same message information over and over. We have DR CARRIE CLARK on board who is now officially our local certified GAPS consultant. We have MARY CARR ROGERS who is not only a certified teacher for this field but also creates her own line of some of the best femented probiotic products you will ever find. KATHY JOHNSON is a trained RN and does consultations in the field. There are many others here who are either trained health care professionals as well many others who are extremely knowledgable and have contributed much information. I have also just created a new FILE called PROBIOTICS 101 in which I have linked to several lists such as the Top Ten Probiotic Supplements, Top Ten Probiotic Foods and other references. I've also pulled a good dozen quotes from previous messages. If you have additional information that should go on this file, please send it to me and I'll add it!
