Guest guest Posted March 23, 2012 Report Share Posted March 23, 2012 I have some serious skin rash on my face that broke out a couple of days ago and it's gotten slightly worse. It's on the cheek bone and up into my eyelid and it's red and swollen. It's spreading to my chin (yes, I'm a mess LOL). I'm guessing the cause was from handling my chickens although my hands aren't affected (which seems odd). In years past I've had serious issues with rashes on my legs (guessing that it was from poison ivy). Although I don't even see any poison ivy leaves around yet. I know if I go to a regular doctor they will prescribe a form of Benadryl or steroid. I don't want to put drugs into my body (if I don't need to) but I'm also worried this is going to keep spreading or get worse. Anyone that has had similar issues?
