Guest guest Posted October 31, 2011 Report Share Posted October 31, 2011 I have come out of lurking mode to share this wonderful dish. adapted from a a Mark Bittman recipe from NYT. Super good. Its a main dish for me. Dice some bacon and crisp in olive oil (you could use another oil I am sure). Slice up a couple cups of the sprouts in a food processor. Add to the bacon along with some chopped figs (or golden raisons will do) and then finish with a splash of balsamic vinegar.
