Guest guest
Hello, I need advice on Iron suppliment. I have two supplements to choose from, Raw Iron 22 mg (by Garden of life) It's ingredients are: Vegetable Cellulose, Brewer's Yeast ( Saccharomces cerevisiae), Lactobacillus bulcaricus. It contains Vits C, B12, Folate and live probiotics and enzymes. No fillers & binders. The other ones is Iron Bisglycinate 25 mg by (Solgar), ingredient: Mycrocrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Cellulose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate. My Iron is very low, below half of the normal range, and my doctor adviced me to take over the counte Iron and I saw other irons' as high as 85 mg.. Any advice would be appreciated.
