Ok. Read this site, and yes, I've known about a few of these, and not the others. The real question was poised at the very end of the article: is it worth it? This is a potential ad campaign, and I hope you see it that way.

Fat burning is conducted in the human body via a process of hormones (T2, T3, epinephrine, norepinephrine, insulin, etc.). Endocrinology (the study of hormones) is a very complex field of study, and there are so many hormones out there, it will take centuries to discover them all. Reason being: detecting their minute amounts and collective reactions is extremely difficult. This is why I urge extreme caution in attempting to use a pill to make "chemical exercise" happen. The only person who truly needs "chemical exercise" is one who cannot exercise at all. This is akin to a virile man taking Viagra: WHY? Just for the thrill of it, I imagine. Exercise is not a matter of convenience. We have made it into an accessory in this culture, but I submit to you all that it is a fundamental task for health. These "supplements" are very, very expensive, and I would again urge extreme caution if you go this route, especially if you have ever had any health problems or family history of endocrine disorders, including diabetes or hypertension (yes, hypertension is also caused by endocrine malfunction).

I want to start to use some fat burners to lose some more weight. I se3emed to

have hit a plateau with my weight loss. I want to try one of these to further my

weight loss. I have been pos since 2002 and currently take Kaleatra,

ziagen,Isentress as meds . Along with Lipitor , Gemfibrizil, Cymbalta,. I have

given up beef completely, I want to get another 15 lbs off to get down another

waist size. At the moment I have very little fat loss in my face but need to

lose more in my mid section . Will these fat burners cause lipodistrophy to

increase uncontrollably, or cause an unfavorable reaction with my HIV meds.
