Facial Reconstruction with Sculptra - HMSA or Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance?

Aloha all!

Has anybody had any experience with having facial reconstruction with

Sculptra approved by HMSA or any one of the other Blue Cross and Blue

Shield insurance companies?

I would be most grateful to hear about your results, as I have just

visited a surgeon today to assess whether or not I'm a good candidate

for the procedure. I am.

The doctor though, does not seem very hopeful that this procedure will

be pre-approved. I stated that I wanted to try to get the approval.

I'm willing to fight to get my face back.

Any thoughts?
