The cornerstone of the course, presented by the Art of Living, is a

profound breathing technique, the Sudarshan Kriya that releases stress,

supports immune function and increases awareness. The course includes

activities that offer insights into the many habits of the mind that

contribute to stress and detract from quality of life.More information is available at http://us.artofliving.org/hiv/ By

the end of the course, participants will be able to practice these

techniques at home on their on and join other participants for ongoing

weekly follow-up sessions. Each class builds on the previous day so it is important that participants be able to attend all 8 days. Comments from previous courses: "This workshop exceeded my expectations. "It was the best gift that I have given to myself in years. "It was probably the most helpful thing I've ever done."
