The cornerstone of the course, presented by the Art of Living, is a profound breathing technique, the Sudarshan Kriya that releases stress, supports immune function and increases awareness. The course includes activities that offer insights into the many habits of the mind that contribute to stress and detract from quality of life.More information is available at http://us.artofliving.org/hiv/ By the end of the course, participants will be able to practice these techniques at home on their on and join other participants for ongoing weekly follow-up sessions.
