Guest guest
The Wall Street Journal supports corporate interests. No where does it mention the billions in profits private insurance makes or what percentage of income goes for administrative costs. (It's something like 40%.) All to deny you coverage. Being in health care, I can tell you so many horror stories concerning health insurance companies and how they dictate what kind of care I can provide. It has nothing to do with patient need. In capitalism, you have to make more profit than you did the year before. (It's the reason for the demise of the newspaper, all of them have been profitable, just not enough.) We're all being squeezed by this, increased work loads for health care workers, higher premiums, and of course they save money by either denying treatment or delaying authorization for treatment. It's very disappointing to me that single payor in not on the table. An old Leftie,LarryOn Jul 2, 2009, at 9:00 AM, PoWeRTX@... wrote:Why It's Easy to Steal From Medicare - WSJ.com Regards, Vergelpowerusa.orgMake your summer sizzle with fast and easy recipes for the grill.
