Guest guest
Cancelled my doctor's appointment today. Woke up pre-dawn, walked the dogs, cleaned the snow off the car (driver's door is still frozen shut!) and started out - but once on the highway I realized that at the speed I was going the three hour drive was more likely to be five or ix! Decided it was worth the risk of icy snowy roads and headed back home. So I'm rescheduled for a week from Friday exactly when the next snowy night and day is scheduled to arrive lol. I think everything is okay - I am disappointed however because I am sure they would have done another viral load and I do feel anxious about getting those results. At three weeks, my viral load was down to 128. I spoke with the nurse about whether they would schedule one here since it could be a few more weeks before I get up there. She was very nice, but said that that the lab here wouldn't be able to run the same test that they would want to do; hence, why they do the viral loads at their place. She's going to ask and get back to me anyway. The sun is just coming through and the world has taken on a lovely snowy tint! I'm back to shoveling and tossing some fun snowballs for my two furry dogs. Won't have to worry about getting out and exercising today. Hope everyone is having a good day :-). karen
