So we stayed home, with the kids. We have our granddaughter here, and she invited the girl across the street to come and spend the night with her. My son and I got into the kitchen last night and made homemade pizza's. Yummy, triple cheese, double meat. I made the crust and he put the toppings on. Of course, I clean the kitchen as we worked. LOL Cause we can get messy when we cook. The neighbors from down the street came over about 9:30 and we put a DVD in and were watching "Over the Hedge". Exciting huh, good thing we all like disney movies. Before you knew it, it was 12:00 we all toasted with a glass of Sprite, the champange of choice in our house. In fancy glasses of course. Then our company went home after a round of kisses and hugs. Then one by one we all went to bed. Of course after a couple of times of me telling the girls to quiet down. LOL Nice thing about our house and celebrating New Years Eve here, no hangovers, no feeling bad the next day. You can remember what you did, and if you wore a lamp shade on your head. Well that was your decision and its okay because we know you did it for laughs and not because you were being a fool. LOL Oh yeah and Alyssa and the girl across the street are writing a book with a fantasy theme. I think that is quite clever. I am going to watch football today. Play with the kids and generally enjoy the day. Hope your day is as nice as mine. Love Janet Take the ordinary things of life, and make them your own.
