Guest guest
Got the book. Anyone read it further? Comments? What about eating fermented organic whole grain rye? Didn't see it in the list. Thus far in my reading author mentions other grains but didn't expound. Just stated the fact that wheat is no longer what it has historically been. The dr. has a great writing style and relays information on how the whole body is affected. My biggest question answered was author stating wheat has changed in past 50 years. That helped me understand why wheat has been a health staple for centuries but is now causing health issues. Thanks for any input. co
