Guest guest
Hey everyone, it took me awhile to find a great source of grass-fed raw cow's milk, which I prefer over goats milk for coffee, kefir and yogurt. I recently purchased some out at the Nyquist farm in Cokato (about 45 minutes from where I live in Minnetonka) and it is excellent! They pasture their brown swiss cows and it makes excellent yogurt and kefir. The Nyquists are great people, their farm is inspected and produces Grade A milk, and they are 100% familiar with the state laws and statutes regarding raw milk. I also purchase raw Poplar Hills Goats milk as well, but it's not as good for yogurt/kefir. I am attaching the link below for those who would like to contact these folks. http://www3.mda.state.mn.us/mngrown/vendorprofile.aspx?id=1660
