Butter in coffee

Many people use cream in coffee. Butter is just churned cream, so I'm sure

it tastes good.

On my grandparents farm, they made coffee the old fashioned way. They put

ground coffee beans in a pot of water with an egg, cooked it, then strained

it. They didn't have special coffee pots back then. The egg added richness,

along with the cream.
