Guest guest
, Quick note: many many of us cant afford to double our food budget. There are lots of tricks to avoid this. Just not buying the processed foods saves a ton right there. Buying together with others in bulk and bartering has really saved me. My family eats lots of legumes so we can afford better meat and dairy. they are still a grain, but they pack a powerful punch. I shop everywhere. I read labels and buy where ever i can. Keep up the fight. This journey is a worthy one and yes we are all in it together t Sent from my iPhone On Jun 23, 2012, at 11:14 AM, " " <spinning4knitting@...> > > I think it's great that many of you can eat and can afford financially to > > I do hope to become more involved and eat more naturally as we can afford to, almost doubling our food budget is not an option at this point, this being our biggest struggle. > >
