Advice for type of Olive Oil for Feta storage

Hi,

I just made up a ton of Feta again and was going to try storing some in olive

oil, some in plain olive oil, some with herbs. Wondering what type anyone

recommends? On my cheese list the only recommendation was a walmart brand and

with all the work to make the cheese, it deserves better.

I would like a mild flavor so it does not overpower the cheese and will

compliment the herbs.
