Post WAPF vacation for family

My family (me, hubby, kids ages 2 & 4) would like to vacation for the week

following the wapf conference in Dallas. Anyone spent much time there and have

thoughts as to what to do, where to stay etc? We are open to traveling

regionally if need be. We tend to be go go go so like to have lots of choices --

but also relax a bit (meaning no tourist traps). It might work better for our

kids to just park it in one spot for the week, though if an interesting loop

trip could be had, we are game for that. Ideas?
