More technology and science to make the food industry more careless about the way they handle our food, because they just add this preservative to kill the bugs. Don't worry. It's " natural " . Or, they could just be more careful from start to finish about how food is raised/grown, handled, processed, packaged, etc. But NO, that's too hard. Interesting that even though raw milk actually has these good bugs in it already that counteract the bad bugs, it's not legit.
