Guest guest
How is everyone feeling? I think there is something about scheduling a piece of my life around weekly injections that makes the time seem to fly even faster. I can hardly believe that I am in week five already! Overall - life is moving forward. My WBC hasn't changed much in last couple weeks (yes, I am still on weekly blood draws with an extra one at my doc visit this month). My lymph # did drop into the low range last week but the nurse called and said all looks good. I am finding that on the nights following the injection, I seem to be having a lot of trouble sleeping. I've been back to dreamland after a few nights thus far - but if it progresses, I'll definitely talk to my med team on our weekly check-ins. Last week, I know much of the lack of sleep was stress related, but the last couple of nights I am sure it is from the interferon. I do seem to have let my exercise quotient slip and wonder if trying to work out a little bit each day might help. I also feel that deep fatigue in waves during the day. Still takes me by surprise to feel soooo tired! I have such admiration for those of you that have and are treating that work full time jobs. A half day of work puts me under - I'm also suppose to be working on a master's thesis, but am finding my motivation for getting it written at an all-time low. So besides the occassional thera-drops for dry eyes, a little runny nose here and there, and the fatigue - I'm doing well. And......I actually felt super confident doing my weekly injection last Thursday just like you all said I would! My love and hope to all, karen
