Guest guest Posted October 30, 2008 Report Share Posted October 30, 2008 I have been treated at UCSF for high grade anal dysplasia for a year with infra red. There was no improvement. My CD4's are 66 and undetectable viral load. Dr. Barry at UCSF has put me on Effudex twice a day, on for 5 days, off for 9, to see if this could help. I am wondering if any one else has this problem.
